Work Content
1. Able to independently be responsible for the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing the product requirements of the department, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance after the product goes live;
2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational goals, combined with the current state of the product, promote optimization of operational plans according to business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation of online related product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously follow up on product effectiveness, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational situation, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Have good analytical skills and logical thinking, a sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, and the ability to complete projects independently;
2. Possess insight, independent analytical ability, as well as strong learning and innovative capabilities, and language expression skills;
3. Have a passion for product operations and be enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create PRD and prototype diagrams, with banking work experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries preferred;
5. Possess resilience, execution ability, and strong learning capability.
